Step by Step

Verification Process

Step 01

Open the Verification Page

Visit pist.com.pk and click on Verification in the top navigation menu. Choose the type of verification you need — Result/Diploma, Institute, or Letter.

Step 02

Enter the Reference Number

Type the student's Roll Number or Registration Number (for Result/Diploma), the Institute's Registration No. (for Institute), or the Letter Number (for a Reference Letter) into the search box.

Step 03

Click the Verify Button

Press the green Verify button to submit your query. Our system will instantly search the PIST official database for a matching record.

Step 04

View the Official Record

Your result page will display full student details: Name, Father's Name, Course, Marks, Grade, Percentage and document issuance date — all pulled live from the PIST database.

Step 05

Download Official Documents

From the result page you can download the student's Diploma / Certificate, Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC), Verification Letter or Registration Card — all digitally signed and QR-coded.

Every PIST document (Diploma, DMC, Verification Letter) contains a unique QR Code. Simply scan it with any smartphone camera to be taken directly to the official verification page — no typing required.

Important Notes

Only Official Records

Only documents issued directly by PIST can be verified. Documents from unauthorised institutes will not appear.

Secure & Confidential

All verification queries are encrypted. No personal data is stored from visitors during the verification process.
